Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or any unforeseen reason.
  • A ₹99 advance booking amount is required while placing an order.
  • The ₹99 booking amount is non-refundable, even if the customer cancels the order before dispatch.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment or confirmation of the applicable payment method.

Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
  • Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Customers must request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed through online payment after the customer shares their Bank Account Details or UPI ID.

  • Product availability is subject to stock.
