Refund policy
At StitchVibe, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
- You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact us with your Order ID and reason for the return.
- Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds
- Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed through online payment.
- To receive your refund, you must share your Bank Account Details or UPI ID with us.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Booking Amount
- A ₹99 advance booking amount is required while placing an order.
- This ₹99 is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- If you cancel your order after paying the ₹99 booking amount, the ₹99 will not be refunded, even if the order has not been shipped.
